Spring Academy Trainings

What?

Academy trainings are open to any player (FDL Elite, new players, players who play for other clubs, players who don’t play club, players interested in joining FDL.) The only restriction is grade! Registrations are first come, first serve.

What will players do?

Sessions will include small games that teach problem solving and game understanding. There will also be a focus on basic skills and rules. All sessions will end with a scrimmage.

What equipment is needed?

Stick (can be borrowed and will be sanitized), shinguards, mouth guard, mask.

Do you have COVID Restrictions?

We have been running training sessions since last June with safety protocols in place. You can check our protocol here.

Where and when?

All sessions are held on Wide World of Sports outdoor field. We only cancel for thunderstorms!

April 24, May 1, 8, 15 & 22

3rd/4th Grade: 9-10am

5th/6th Grade: 10-11am

7th/8th Grade: 11-12pm
